As founder and creative director, Emily brings more than 12 years of creative design leadership to Grid Design Firm. She has vast experience in both interactive and offline mediums, having worked on everything from websites to environmental displays. Emily likes to design in a clean aesthetic, and has a strong commitment to her clients’ goals and expectations. Her critical eye and unremitting work ethic sets the tone for the entire Grid Design Firm team.

Named a partner in 2007, Kevin leads the online marketing team at Grid Design Firm. His day-to-day duties include managing and actively working on clients' online marketing initiatives, from initial strategy to performance monitoring. Kevin brings with him the experience of hands-on involvement in SEO, SEM and analytics campaigns on both a local and national level. He holds a BS in General Business from the University of Maryland in addition to numerous online marketing and analytics certifications.
